Asshole ACTUALLY cleaned a bit just a couple of days ago. For a few, happy moments, I imagined that it was, indeed, possible to download patches and cracks and updates and anything that would make MEN more user friendly and perfom better (at least up to testing standards)
And then, REALITY (aka Real Life shit) goes all "Oh, uh-uh, girl. *snap* We can't have you thinking that sh*ts finally going your way. 'Cause 'about the time it does, its done!
...And then she goes and slaps me a whole lot harder than I care to ever feel again).

Because, unfortunately, Asshole seems to think the threw out a whole BUNCH of papers, and definitely remembers scrapping anything Narl had cut at, as well as some of the folders with thought all those scribbled on pieces of notebook paper

With any luck, I can rebuild and re-write the remaining, successive chapters to AT LEAST the level I had left them. It would be a right fine bonus if the rewrites could turn out BETTER, especially considering how dissatisfied I was with the next 3 chapters.
Let's not mention this anywhere else, 'K? I don't want to piss off/embarrass/anger/frustrate/disappoint anyone else today. Only peeps accidentally stumbling upon our Cracked!Comment thread (and those that seem to luuuuurrrrrvvvve US...(*er, YOU* anyway) and show it by absorbing and/or reposting it all, will be privvy to the skinny.
PLEASE, call upon your diety of choice in hopes that I will be successful in the re-doing. Every little prayer, chant, hymn, and Ch/V helps. My Muse is PISSED, ROYally and has reverted to her Nordic Ways demanding a bloody, ginormous, spractically still-living donation that will let people stick it with little sharp sticks. Sacrifial offering of *better'n sex right now-chocolate* and a promise to provide just ONE! and ONLY ONE!!! "Big-"O", per day, per person.
