I didn't remember the turtle's neck making Jayne said....that would have been so cute to see. Yes, if I remember correctly, ideas and parts of the script which was called 'Dead or Alive' went into 'The Message' and 'Heart of Gold'.

Still, I love the idea of Jayne and a stuffed turtle.

I look forward to the next part in this series of fair fics. What will happen? Will River and Jayne go on a ride? Do some dancing? Eat some food? Etc, etc....etc.
