"Shut up, little man."  Jayne's voice was ominous, and a lesser man
would have stopped while he was ahead.

But Wash wasn't afraid.  After all, he had a wife who would happily hurt Jayne. 

Just as soon as she got here.

"If I shut up, then you'll forget about me just as soon as you manage
to get your arms untied and your pants pulled up!"

"I said shut up!"  Jayne aimed a kick at the pilot, but with his
shorts around his knees, he couldnt kick very far.

"I just cant quite figure out how you got us into this mess,"  Wash
shook his head sadly.  "The captain wont be able to figure out where
we are!"

"Look!"  Jayne breathed out in frustration.  "If you hadnt called that woman "Mister" and then made me laugh by checking under her skirts, we
wouldnt be here.  That makes it YOUR FAULT."

"I was drunk!"

"So was I!"

Wash whined,  "But Zoe told you to take care of me!"

"I didnt know you was an idiot!"
