Y'all, new fanfic just popped up on my flist and normally Im all YAY FIC OMG GIMME, I absolutely cannot click this link.
I CANT DO IT.
It's Bones fic, and hey, i LOVE Bones fic! and I love Booth and Bones!
But, y'all, it cheerfully announced RIGHT THERE IN THE SUMMERY that is an alternate ending of "Baby in the Bough."
I cant. I cant. And you cant make me.
And maybe it's a good fic. Maybe it's awesome fic. MAYBE IT'S SNARKY AND FUNNY AND FULL OF GOODNESS AND LIGHT BUT I STILL CANT.
Because every time my mouse hovers over the link, the only only thing I can think of is, "Fuck. Someone wrote fic where Bones adopts the baby." or "Fuck. Someone just wrote Bones getting knocked up."
I CANNOT HANDLE THIS, FANDOM. STOP IT. I KNEW IT WAS COMING AFTER THAT EP BUT QUIT IT RIGHT NOW I MEAN IT.
