I finished Meteor Garden and I'm so tempted to rewatch HYD now to compare the story and performances even though I know there's a lot I'll have to skip (her family - they're cute but over the top, his family - oh God his mother, and is it Yuki? - the friend who works with her at the dango shop and then STALKS ONE OF THE F4 THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SERIES. It was kind of cute in the manga but the CRAZY STALKING "LET MEEE ON YOUR BIIIIIIKE" just got too much for me. *shudders).
