Mamoru seems like he would be smooth, doesnt he? but no, a guy who swoops around the city in a tuxedo and a MASK cant find it in himself to tell a girl he likes her. or do something slightly better then dumping a ring into her hands and walking away without even a look back at her..*disgruntled*
