I second the Simon teasing her at the dinner table. I think that Mal should be the one to nazi and freak out, in a paternal way. Zoe would be disturbed but amused. Wash would crack up and be funny. Inara would try and protect River from the teasing, and assure her it is normal. Jayne would be crude, and, perhaps, once more offer to show her that he has, "man parts, good and proper."
O.K., I'm done. I'm just feeling so anticiapatory.
