So, yesterday, in the why the hell did you call it THAT? meme, rinalin asked about the title of Something Wrong with the Body Politic.

actually, this is is disgustingly easy answer. you will feel stupid.

In Session 135, or whichever (the You cut it out! session) in River's rambling, she actually SAYS "There is something wrong with the body politic."

That line actually lead to the whole thing, so it made sense as a title.

Point being, Simon's shiny and beautiful but broken inside, she's visibly nuts, but knows the truth about everything -- it's just that nobody can understand when she speaks.
