See, for some reason, I really wanted to write a missing scene or post-series that managed to make it canon, even if for a moment, but it wasn't working. I did end up with another bit that I'll post later, which is Rihito-angst, and I KNEW you didn't want that. Plus, it wasn't going anywhere.
