I understand the fretting especially since your father is paying for your masters - since i'm in the middle of my masters in English and since the election have been thinking law school.
But it's unfair to yourself (and to your students) to stay somewhere that you're not happy.
My philosophy has always been life is too short to be miserable through it. So maybe look into the other stuff - don't make any hasty decisions, but get yourself more information, research some ideas...is it just teaching the youngin's getting to you? You could always do what i plan to? Teach college.
