rinalin asked about the title of Something Wrong with the Body Politic.

actually, this is is disgustingly easy answer. you will feel stupid.

In Session 135, or whichever (the You cut it out! session) in River's rambling, she actually SAYS "There is something wrong with the body politic."

That line actually lead to the whole thing, so it made sense as a title.
